The kitchenette in my suite was a great feature, allowing for convenient meal prep, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety that met my needs. Unfortunately, the noise through the walls was disruptive, making it hard to relax. Access to the electric vehicle charger was another major issue, as it was blocked by gasoline vehicles, and the front desk provided no assistance. This hotel needs a plan for better management and guest service.

Free shuttle was convenient, but the room keys didn't work half the time.

Had an awesome getaway with my group of friends! We caught the latest blockbuster at the cinema next door and enjoyed an exciting concert at the Toyota Music Factory. The rooms were well furnished, making our stay super comfy. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby kept us busy in the evenings. Just a heads up, breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, a solid experience.

One downside was the check-in process. When I arrived, the staff seemed overwhelmed, which caused some delays. It made the start of our trip a bit chaotic, but fortunately, we managed to get everything sorted out in the end.

Just a good pick for a transient stop in Irving with exceptional value. The TV remote was broken but the room was spacious. Bring earplugs because the walls are thin.

I enjoyed my stay in the Two-Bedroom Suite. The mini kitchen and spacious living area enhanced our experience, providing a home-like feel. Though the shuttle service seemed inconsistent, the overall hospitality shined through, making it a nice visit.

A must for Business Travelers

So, I stayed at this place for 1 night, and the front desk was really nice, greeted me with a smile. They even had a full breakfast in the morning, and I loved what they had to offer. It felt almost like home, and I really appreciated that they had a good selection of utensils in the kitchen.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still worth it.

I enjoyed the two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette. it was great for my family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the temperature control in one of our rooms was disappointing as it was uncomfortably warm. Overall, though, the suite layout was spacious and perfect for our needs.
